Sol Acupuncture is located in Meredith, NH, in the Lakes Region, and has been offering acupuncture for health and well-being since 2006.

Acupuncture is an ancient healing system developed in China over 3,000 years ago, and is now practiced all over the world as an adjunct to the Western medical system. It stimulates the body’s own healing mechanism that we were born with, without need for drugs or surgical intervention. Our bodies are less productive at self-healing as we age due to stress, trauma, lifestyle, and injury. Even minor surgeries can cause scar tissue and disrupt the body’s own healing system. Stagnation or depletion occurs in the body with time, and the body accumulates disease. Acupuncture reverses this process of disease in the body.

Heidi Eberhardt is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of NH and holds a Masters Degree of Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest accredited school of acupuncture in the United States, located in Newton, MA.

Office hours are by appointment only, Monday to Thursday in Meredith, NH.
